Photography

So here is my experimental photography work that I've done using my iPhone 4 and a standard digital camera. To enhance my photos i use Photoshop CS3 (old i know) and i play around with various effects like hue & saturation, blur and filter gallery effects.
This is my dog Amber. She is not your ordinary Cavalier King Charles (as you can tell by the eyes) but we all love her more than we think! I look at this photo and i look at the original and i noticed how ginger I've made her brown fur but, i do think the vibrancy looks absolutely beautiful!

This little cutie is my 2 year old niece. Comparing this photo to the original just shows you how changing the hue & saturation can make a difference. The original looks faded but to enhance this photo, i selected it all and upped the hue & saturation. When this photo was taken, she had a few marks from chicken pox. Also on her cheek you could slightly see a scar that was rather pink toned. To solve these imperfections, i used the eyedropper tool to select on area of the skin near the spot and then selected the paint brush with low opacity and covered up the spot. I did the same with the scar and added a similar tone of pink from her other cheek to make it look more natural. I absolutely love this photo!
